EU Customers

We have been upgrading amplifiers for EU clients for some time. however changes to the customs procedures have made this uneconomic.

From Today 12 November 2025 we regret to inform our EU clients we will no longer be able to upgrade or service Genesis amplifiers for you.

The amount of overhead involved in documenting shipments, issues with reclaiming import VAT and dealing with untrained people in the courier clearance departments is just too much.

The courier companies inability to process simple imports has been the final straw.

Clients have had to wait anything up to two weeks while clueless staff mess about trying to clear their amplifier shipments, despite being given all the relevant information when the shipment was sent.

It’s just a massive mess caused by Brexit.

Thank you for your support in the past. We will continue to provide warranty support for the warranty period.
